Some call it destiny, some call it being at the right place at the right time. Either way, George Killians family was blessed to find themselves in Enniscorthy, the perfect place to raise horses and grow even better barley. George’s grandfather would deliver his brew with horses even after the invention of cars. He said horses were better, because a horse could always find its way back to from the pubs to the brewery even if its driver no longer could.
