Bailys Irish Cream was the brainchild of R & A Bailey. They combined the great Irish tradition of distilling with the other great Irish tradition of Dairy Farming. The cows that produce the cream used to make Baileys are kept outdoors in the fresh air for 9 months of the year and they’re fed the finest, greenest, tastiest grass there is.
